Did you know you can report invalid, incorrect, or malicious customer reviews directly through Seller Centre if you believe they violate TikTok Shop’s Customer Review Policy?
When should you report a review?
You can report reviews that involve:
Repeated malicious reviews: A customer repeatedly leaves negative reviews in bad faith
Coercion: A customer threatens a negative review or offers to remove one in exchange for free products or gifts
Competitor activity: A competitor places an order to leave a negative review
Traffic diversion: A review promotes unrelated channels, links, or other businesses
Incorrect or invalid content: A review relates to a product you don’t sell, was left by mistake, or contains spam or irrelevant content
📝 How to report a review
Go to Products > Product Rating in Seller Centre.
Click Details on the review you want to report.
Select Report Review and explain why the review is invalid or malicious.
Include supporting evidence, such as screenshots of customer chats or proof of repeated malicious behaviour or competitor activity.
💬 Can’t see the Report Review button? Contact TTS customer service team via Help > Help Centre > Chat with TTS in Seller Centre to request a review of your case.
🔎 What happens next?
TTS team will investigate your report and determine whether the review or star rating should be removed.
Each review can only be reported once, so include all relevant evidence in your initial submission.
You’ll receive an update once the report has been processed.
