Terms of Use
LAST UPDATED: 31 OCTOBER 2026
These terms explain the use of ecombrandiers.com, its resources and its enquiry tools. The website is presented under the Ecom Brandiers brand. Questions can be sent to info@ecombrandiers.com.
Website information and enquiries
Our website describes Amazon PPC, marketplace management, website development and related support. Articles and tools provide general information for business planning. Sending a form, clicking WhatsApp or scheduling a call does not place an order, reserve paid services or create a paid client engagement.
Project agreements
Before paid work begins, the parties should agree the scope, deliverables, fees, payment dates, responsibilities, timescales and any cancellation or refund arrangements in writing. Those agreed project terms govern the engagement. Website descriptions do not replace a proposal or statement of work, and these website terms do not impose an undisclosed deposit, automatic renewal or blanket non-refundable fee.
Advertising budgets, hosting, software subscriptions, marketplace charges and third-party licences are separate from agency fees unless a written proposal explicitly includes them. Additional work or changes to scope require agreement rather than being assumed from a general website description.
Results and case studies
Advertising, SEO and e-commerce results depend on competition, budgets, products, pricing, stock, account history, platform rules and other factors. We do not promise a particular ranking, sales figure, ROAS, lead volume or date for achieving a result. Forecasts and examples are estimates or illustrations, not guarantees.
Case studies and screenshots describe the period and reporting scope stated alongside them. Historical results are not a forecast for another account. Revenue, attributed sales and advertising efficiency metrics should not be read as net profit or proof that a single change caused the result.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information and only materials or access you are authorised to share. You remain responsible for your business decisions, product claims, prices, tax obligations and compliance with marketplace or advertising rules. Use delegated account access where available and do not send your main passwords through an enquiry form. Project-specific approval responsibilities and access arrangements should be confirmed in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website to submit unlawful content, impersonate others, send spam, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the service. Do not use our tools to bypass another website’s access controls or collect information you are not authorised to use. We may restrict access reasonably needed to protect the website or address misuse.
Tools, comparisons and editorial resources
Tool output and comparison results are aids for review and may be incomplete, outdated or affected by the inputs supplied. Check important findings against the relevant source and current platform guidance before acting. Do not submit confidential customer records, credentials or material you have no right to use. Availability of an input method does not imply permission to access a third-party system.
Intellectual property
The website’s original text, design and branding belong to Ecom Brandiers or the relevant rights holders. You may read the content, link to it and use it for your internal business evaluation. Permission is required for reproducing substantial material commercially except where the law allows otherwise. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Ownership and licences for commissioned deliverables, client-supplied materials, source files, stock assets and third-party software should be specified in the written project agreement. These website terms do not transfer ownership of your materials to us.
Third-party services
Calendly, WhatsApp, social networks, marketplaces, hosting providers and other external services have their own terms, fees and privacy practices. Their availability, policies and account decisions are outside our control. Verify external information and permissions before using those services.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep website information useful and the site accessible, but errors and interruptions can occur. General website material is provided for information and should be checked for your circumstances. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and any mandatory consumer protections. Responsibility for paid services is addressed in the relevant project agreement subject to applicable law.
Privacy, questions and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how website enquiries, analytics and related personal information are handled. Contact info@ecombrandiers.com about website issues or these terms so we can review the concern. Any project-specific dispute process or governing-law provision should be agreed in the relevant contract and remains subject to mandatory applicable law.
We may update these website terms and will show the latest revision date above. A website update does not by itself change an existing signed project agreement.
